These terms govern your use of SystemPulse (the "App"), operated by 711 Web Services LLP ("we", "us"). Using the App means you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

The App, briefly

• Lite — free, will be open source under MIT. The binary itself is free to download, install, and run for any purpose.
• Pro — paid annual subscription ($15 / year, two Macs per licence). 7-day free trial. Closed-source binary.

What we promise

• Pro features as advertised on the homepage, working on macOS 13 and later, Apple Silicon native.
• The binary you download is signed with our Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple. Any DMG not served from systempulse.711web.com is not ours.
• No telemetry, no data collection — see our privacy page.
• 30-day no-questions refund on Pro: email refund@711web.com within 30 days of purchase, we refund the year.

What we don't

• SystemPulse can kill processes and delete cache files when you tell it to. It does what you ask. If you ask it to kill node and you had unsaved work in a Node process, that's on you.
• The deep-purge feature elevates to admin via sudo purge. macOS prompts for your password; SystemPulse runs the standard purge utility but the action is destructive and rare-corner-case risky.
• If macOS changes a system API we use (mach kernel calls, libproc, sysctl), SystemPulse may need updates before it works on a new macOS version. We try to ship updates within two weeks of a public macOS release.

Cancellation

Cancel Pro any time. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of your paid year. Already-paid time is yours to use. Refunds beyond the 30-day window are at our discretion.

Liability

SystemPulse is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from use of the App — including data loss from cleanup actions, unsaved-work loss from kill actions, or system instability following a deep purge. Your one available remedy is a refund of the most recent year's Pro fee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
